These Terms govern the use of services provided by Amit Book Depot ("we", "us", "our"), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, including our book sales, order fulfilment, and customer communication services.

Services

We supply books and related products to customers, and provide account, billing, and communication services in connection with those supplies. Orders, quotations, prices, and availability are subject to confirmation by us.

Customer communications

By providing your phone number and transacting with us, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your orders and account, including via WhatsApp. Promotional communications are sent only to customers who have opted in, and you may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP.

Pricing and payment

Prices for books are as quoted at the time of order. Books are exempt from GST in India. Payment terms are as agreed between us and the customer.

Orders and delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil confirmed orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability and external factors.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our store policy as communicated to the customer at the time of sale.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
