We collect and store information necessary to serve our customers, including: customer name, business name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping addresses, order history, account ledger and payment records, and records of communications (including WhatsApp messages) between us and the customer.

How we use information

We use this information to: process and fulfil book orders; maintain accounts, ledgers, and billing records; send transactional updates such as order confirmations, account statements, payment reminders, and quotations; respond to customer enquiries; and, where a customer has opted in, send information about new books and offers.

WhatsApp communication

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to communicate with customers. Messages we send may include account ledgers, outstanding payment reminders, quotations, and order updates. Customers may receive promotional messages only if they have opted in, and may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message content and delivery status are processed in accordance with WhatsApp's and Meta's terms.

Information sharing

We do not sell customer information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment, delivery, hosting, and messaging providers) and only as required to provide our services, or where required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect customer information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
